Android Emulator
the Android emulator represents a specific Android device which is used as a target device to execute and test an Android application on a computer. All the functionalities of a real device are facilitated by the Android emulator.
Even phone calls and text messages can be received on an Android emulator.
The data transfer for instance, in a real device connected through USB is slower than an emulator.
Requirement and recommendations:
- SDK Tools 26.1.1 or higher
- 64-bit processor
- Windows: CPU with UG
- HAXM 6.2.1 or later
