A Small world globe on which are shown with the help of sandpaper and painted blue surface shows the presented of water on earth.
1.Take consent if the child
2.Then invite the child to come and work with you.’
3.Bring him over to the globes and point to the sandpaper globe.Give the child the name of the material.
4.Show the child how to carry the globe by using two hands around the wooden base of the globe.
5.Then ask the child to carry the sandpaper globe to the table and place it in the table .
6.let the child sit to your left.
>First sensitize the fingertips.
>Then tell the child ,”This is what our world would look like from outer space ,”
>Feel one of the rough parts(one of the continents) which are shows with sandpaper.
>Ask the child to feel it.
>As he is feeling it ,tell him,”This is land,
>Then ask the child to feel another spot (or another continent )
>Tell him,”This is also land .
>Then feel one of the smooth surface (one of the oceans)and ask the child to feel.
>Tell the child as he is feeling.”This is water ,”Which is shown with painted smooth surface.
>Turn the globe and give him opportunity to feel another smooth surface.
>Tell the child ,”This is also water.
>In the way feel another rough spot and again tell the child ,”This is land.”
>Repeat It in the same way for land and water.
>The teacher should do a Three-Period lesson for ”Land” and ”Water”
